The location was acceptable.

The room smelled of damp and drains. It had a very small window, so I had to open it to get rid of the smell. My friends had a triple room with a lovely huge window and a view over the city. I wish I had asked for a room on that side of the hotel.

The location was really central. I found it easy to walk to many attractions. my room had a small balcony, and it was a lovely surprise. the staff were very cute at reception and always helpful. the rooftop bar offered beautiful views of the surroundings.

i noticed that the lifts were quite small and sometimes slow. this did cause a small delay at peak times.

The reception staff were attentive to requests. They provided quick assistance. the luggage storage facility was secure and convenient, a big plus for late departures. daily housekeeping ensured the room remained super clean .

The staff was really friendly! they helped me a lot with directions. the location was also amazing. I found everything easily. there was a luggage room for storing my bags. I thought it was very convenient.

the noise at night bothered me a bit. my room was on the seventh floor, just under the sky bar. every time someone left the bar, their loud voices woke me up. also, the neighbors woke me up at 4am when they came back to their room!!

The location was very central. It was close to transport. The complimentary water bottles in the mini fridge were welcome. There were two sparkling and two still. Luggage storage was available. A rest area and toilets were also available for those using the luggage room.

I found the staff to be rude when I checked out. I had a mix-up regarding breakfast. I thought I had already paid for it. I had not. The person on reception was not sympathetic at all.
